YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a key player in our team, your tasks involve skillfully managing roles for a site supervisor, ensuring everyone is well-versed in agency policies, and using Fedcap CARES data for smart daily and long-term planning. Your sharp eye for analyzing site metrics pinpoints areas for improvement, and you take the lead in hiring, orientation, and training. Through open communication, coaching, and regular supervision, you create a supportive environment, tackling concerns that could impact operations. Your diverse role also includes coordinating site operations, addressing participant and staff concerns, and managing calendars and PTO requests, demonstrating your unwavering commitment to organizational success!

Here's what you need to become our Program Administration Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated track record for building and developing community partnerships

Program management and supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Non-profit experience would be a plus.
