YOUR SCHEDULE
Prepare for a full-time adventure with a schedule that keeps things exciting!
YOUR DAY
Your daily routine revolves around building meaningful connections and providing professional support to program participants. Your mornings kick off with trust-building interactions, setting the tone for the day. Conducting comprehensive intakes, you carefully analyze participants' needs, strengths, interests, and capabilities. Through collaborative efforts, you and the participants craft Family Contract Amendments (FCAs), outlining their short-term and long-term employment goals tailored to their skills and preferences. Ensuring clarity on TANF and program requirements, you conduct regular, structured meetings (minimum once a month) to document progress and offer ongoing guidance. Meticulous record-keeping in FedcapCARES becomes second nature as you capture all communication and contact with participants and external partners.
In the afternoons, your focus shifts to proactive collaboration. You build effective partnerships with external providers, ensuring participants have access to essential services and supports. Managing support service requests for childcare, transportation, and educational services to the Office of Family Independence (OFI) Support Services Unit is a crucial aspect of your role. Utilizing data from FedcapCARES reports, you strategically plan your daily and weekly tasks for maximum efficiency.
