YOUR DAY

In this Recovery Services Manager role, you lead and oversee our substance abuse programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You have the incredible chance to assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate evidence-based interventions. Your expertise and leadership play a vital role in guiding our clients on their journey toward recovery. By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including counselors, therapists, and case managers, you provide comprehensive and holistic care to individuals with substance abuse disorders. You develop and facilitate group therapy sessions, conduct individual counseling, and monitor clients' progress toward their treatment goals.

YOUR HOURS

This full-time management position requires regular travel in Morris, Sussex, and Warren Counties, New Jersey.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
• 4+ years of experience in a related social service field or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
• 2+ years of experience working with individuals who have been affected by SUD
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and automobile suitable for reimbursable use of a personal vehicle for work assignments
