Launched as part of The Fedcap Group in 2018, Families Forward offers a wide array of programs and services to help individuals achieve success in education and employment to become self-sufficient adults. Our specific focus areas include case management, work readiness, vocational or employer-based training, job placement, and post-placement support.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As an Employment Placement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with nonprofit organizations and employers. Using a customer service approach, you will be responsible for creating volunteer and employment opportunities for our Work Experience Program (WEP) participants. By building strong connections and partnerships, you will ensure that our participants have access to meaningful experiences that will support their personal and professional development.
