THE TYPE OF MAIL AND PRINT SHOP LEAD WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Experience managing, supervising, or leading in a print shop environment (3+ years of leadership experience)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in using digital printers/copiers, binding equipment, and other equipment
• Familiarity with printing and editing with Adobe, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and In Design
• Skills in binding, GBC, coil, and tape bind
• Ability to complete all essential functions of the job

WHAT IT'S LIKE

Your role:

As our Mail and Print Shop Lead, you seamlessly process mailings through printer equipment using computerized databases. Ensuring high-quality printing and overseeing the complete mailing process are key aspects of your role. Supervising folding/inserting operations with a focus on quality is also part of your responsibilities. You provide daily electronic status reports and affidavits of mailings to keep customers informed of progress. Responding to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email is a vital part of your day-to-day interactions.

Your impact:

In addition to managing daily operations, you play a crucial role in providing guidance to staff, maintaining facility organization, and actively seeking cost-saving initiatives. You cross-train staff in all aspects of mail and production, serving as a backup to the Supervisor when needed. Your diverse skill set includes printing internal and external requests using various equipment such as Canon, Konica, Xerox, or similar.
