YOUR NEW ROLE

In this exciting position, you will play a crucial role in developing job opportunities that align with the career interests of our Youth Pathways participants. Working hand in hand with our dedicated service coordinators and facilitators, you will ensure that our participants are seamlessly connected with job prospects. You will serve as the bridge between our participants and potential employers by establishing strong partnerships and bringing in job opportunities.

You will also provide invaluable interview preparation and coaching, helping our participants shine in every interview scenario. With your expertise and guidance, you will assist in the entire employment placement and hiring process, paving the way for our participants to achieve economic self-sufficiency.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of experience in a nonprofit setting, recruiting, successful job placement, or workforce development
  • 1+ year of experience working with populations on public assistance, with offender backgrounds, disconnected youth, and those affected by the challenges associated with poverty
  • Experience providing training and facilitating workshops
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human services, education, or social work is preferred but not required.
