Your daily tasks involve warmly greeting visitors, running reports in Fedcap CARES to guide your responsibilities, and answering calls with a friendly demeanor. Scheduling participant appointments, conducting reminder calls, and handling participant documentation showcase your dedication to facilitating seamless interactions. From ordering office supplies to ensuring phone coverage, your attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly. As a representative of Fedcap and Families Forward, you embody a positive and professional image, fostering connections with stakeholders and the community.
