YOUR DAY TO DAY:

As a Job Coach - Life Instructor, your role is to inspire and guide individuals on their success journey. Reporting to the Work Readiness Supervisor, you'll create engaging life skills and work readiness sessions for groups of up to 25 participants. Collaborate with vocational rehab and employment teams to connect participants with suitable job opportunities. It's all about creating positive connections and making every day impactful! To do this, you need:

• 3+ years of group teaching or training experience, with at least 1 year working with adult students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for empowering individuals and helping them develop essential life skills

A Bachelor's degree in education, human services, or a related field is preferred.
