ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a dedicated Career Advisor, you're at the forefront of empowering program participants on their journey toward economic self-sufficiency. Leading a computer lab of 10-30 participants, you deliver career coaching sessions, lead workforce development workshops, and craft impactful job application materials. Collaborating with Account Managers, you connect job seekers with opportunities, guide them through the placement process, and supervise a dynamic computer lab.

Additionally, you administer the TABE test, ensuring a smooth testing process and accurate documentation of scores. Your responsibilities extend to developing targeted job search curricula, editing resumes, and providing essential resources like metro cards and external referrals. Your meticulous coordination of attendance, interviews, and placements, coupled with a commitment to accuracy in participant documentation, makes you an invaluable force in fostering professional growth and success!
