As an Administrative Specialist with our human services nonprofit, you handle a wide range of important tasks. Your keen organizational skills shine as you prepare, file, and maintain confidential documents related to budget, operational, and personnel issues. Ensure that these documents are easily accessible to authorized staff and stored in an orderly fashion. Additionally, your strong coordination abilities come into play as you manage internal and external correspondence and schedule meetings with various stakeholders, including Board members, payers, professionals, and staff at all levels. Supporting your supervisor, you assist in completing responsibilities associated with the program's involvement in outside organizations, funders, grants, and more.
