YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to establish trust and rapport with our program participants, guiding them on a transformative journey toward employment success. You will conduct comprehensive intakes, delving deep into the needs, strengths, interests, aptitudes, experience, and capabilities of each participant. Together, you will develop a service plan known as a Family Contract Amendment (FCA), crafting both short-term and long-term employment goals.

Not only will you play a pivotal role in shaping their goals, but you will also be their regular source of support and motivation. Meeting with participants at least once a month, you will document their progress and provide ongoing orientation, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their TANF and program requirements. You will also have the responsibility of building effective partnerships with external providers to ensure that participants have access to the necessary services and support they need to thrive.


WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education OR equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated track record for providing exceptional customer service
