YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

While working in this full-time job you typically work 4 days on 4 days off with 4 10-hour shifts during the week.

As the Front Desk Manager, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. Not only do you oversee check-in and check-out procedures, but you also assist our housekeeping and spa teams. With your expertise, you help train our staff, handle cash transactions, ensure rooming blocks are built correctly, and have comprehensive knowledge of our activities and upsells. Your ability to seamlessly manage schedules and effectively utilize our POS system is essential in maintaining efficiency and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Here's what you need to become our Front Desk Manager:

  • 3+ years of similar experience
  • Knowledge of the Moab area market
  • Great customer service skills
  • Proficient with Word & Excel

Preferred

  • Understanding of the following systems: Room Master, Resmark, Spasoft, and Open Table
