THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SCHOOL-BASED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR

THE SCHEDULE:

This full-time behaviorist role works regular school hours.

YOUR ROLE:

As a School-based Mental Health Counselor, you're crucial to our students' success. Consulting on cases, managing administrative tasks, and actively participating in IEP meetings, you contribute significantly to clients' academic and social growth. Your expertise ensures compliance with regulations, and at Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, we value your role in creating a collaborative and supportive work culture.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree
• Professional licenses include Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
• 3+ years of experience working in a school for students with disabilities
• 2+ years of which were dealing with classifications of Emotional Regulation Impairment (ERI) or emotional and behavioral disabilities
