AVERAGE DAY AS A VOCATIONAL TRAINING COORDINATOR
As a Vocational Training Coordinator at Fedcap Rehabilitation, you play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their journey toward employment. You have the opportunity to develop resumes for program participants, ensuring that their skills and experiences are effectively showcased to potential employers. Additionally, you assist students in fulfilling curriculum requirements, closely monitoring their progress, and providing guidance as needed. You also have the opportunity to participate in networking events, build relationships with employers, and create potential job placement opportunities for program participants. Lastly, you serve as a liaison between school staff, employers, and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS), providing program updates and creating awareness about the program's progress.
