While working as a Resource Specialist with our human services nonprofit, you play an essential role in helping program participants land awesome employment and volunteer opportunities. Building trust with them is key, and you dive into data analysis using Fedcap CARES to plan strategically. But that's not all – you're a relationship guru, cultivating lasting connections with employers and non-profits. Matching participants with the perfect assignments and jobs, while considering their needs and TANF requirements, is your specialty. You thrive while hosting hiring events and keeping tabs on working participants' progress, all while maintaining top-notch recordkeeping. Your positive and professional representation of the agency shines bright in the community, making a real impact.
