YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN INTAKE SPECIALIST

As our valued Intake Specialist, you're the first face clients see when they step into our tax site. Your warm welcome sets the tone for a positive atmosphere while they await their tax preparations. Your responsibilities are crucial: you handle appointment reports, contact clients, confirm appointments, and create a seamless process. Whether in person or through video, you ensure clients meet eligibility requirements and have all necessary documentation. Your meticulous attention to detail shines as you verify IDs, complete essential forms, and assist with IRS intake forms. You manage tax documents and assign returns to the right tax preparer.

You also maintain site compliance, oversee supplies, and keep our clients informed, ensuring a smooth intake process. You're the first point of contact and a key player in our team's success!

REQUIREMENTS

• IRS certification in Volunteer Standard of Conduct and Intake and Quality Review Process (We'll guide you through certification)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Friendly, patient, professional
• Adept at managing a busy environment with a high client volume
