PAY & PERKS

In addition to the exhilarating nature of this role, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

In this position, you will have the thrilling opportunity to oversee all aspects of our educational program at an assigned school. Your expertise will be invaluable as you take charge of the delivery of speech/language, occupational, and physical therapies to our incredible students. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our preschool program, ensuring seamless personnel management, maintaining program census, and ensuring adequate staff coverage. Your passion for inclusivity and child development will shine as you establish and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters growth and achievement among our students. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth transition and inclusion of children with disabilities and other special needs into our preschool program. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Certified in Infant/Child CPR, CPR, and First Aid

Three years of supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
