WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
This per diem DSP role can work the following shifts: Monday and Friday: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; Sunday: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM.
In the role of a Habilitation Specialist at our esteemed human services nonprofit, your daily focus revolves around providing tailored supervision aligned with treatment plans. Your expertise spans Task Analysis, Life Plan execution, Job Coaching, Report Writing, and Behavioral Interventions for both NH and NY Programs. Each day, you nurture independence, cultivate social skills, and foster meaningful relationships. You contribute to schedules that enhance autonomy and community engagement. Your role as a caregiver shapes training plans, implements behavior strategies, and offers data-driven recommendations. Your meticulous documentation, medication management, and transportation support are indispensable.
