ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

While working as an Employee Integration Coordinator - Onboarding Specialist, you coordinate streamlined onboarding processes and ensure new employees have the right documentation, understand their orientation schedule, and complete required tasks. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for background checks, review reports, and maintain a positive onboarding experience. You track compliance, help improve processes, handle HR systems, and support audits. You're an ambassador for Fedcap Group, contributing to success by embracing new tasks and aiding your team. Your role ensures a smooth transition for new employees, supporting our overall success.

If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!

  • 3-6 years recent onboarding/HR experience with a successful track record as a technical/educational instructor in a large, high-volume, complex, and rapidly changing environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Associate Professional in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated achievement in communicating professionally and effectively with organizational leaders
  • Knowledge of organization policies, state and federal laws related to required education, certifications, and immunizations for Fedcap employees that may vary by work location, job title, or department
  • Strong practical experience with ATS Recruitment Software
  • Computer literacy, including effective working skills in HCM Oracle, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook, Salesforce, and other related software
  • International experience – Canada, EU, and UK a plus
