WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN INTERIM SPECIAL EDUCATION INSTRUCTOR?
As an Interim Special Education Instructor, your day begins with the vital task of fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for your students. Your primary responsibility is to provide tailored instruction and support to students with diverse needs. You carefully develop daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans that align with state curriculum standards and ensure that every minute of instruction counts. Throughout the day, you adapt your teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles, making sure each student has the opportunity to thrive in your classroom. Additionally, you remain on standby to offer assistance and lessons upon request for review, whether it's collaborating with other educators or providing individualized support to students with specialized education plans. Your role as an Interim Special Education Instructor is marked by your commitment to the well-being and growth of your students, ensuring that they receive the specialized education they require to succeed.
