Your workdays are Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

As a Hospitality Sales Manager, you're instrumental in boosting our business. Your tasks include implementing marketing strategies like telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and hotel tours. You craft action plans to drive sales revenue and identify areas for improvement. Reporting to our Director of Sales, you regularly review and adapt your action plans, explore new business opportunities, represent our hotel at events, and execute marketing strategies. You also collaborate with our Revenue Manager to meet the financial needs of the hotel. Your role is all about building strong relationships, both internally and externally!

Here's what we need from you:

• 2+ years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of sales and hospitality principles and practices
• Exceptional customer service and guest relations skills
• Effective verbal and written English communication
• A four-year college degree or equivalent experience in hospitality (preferred)
