THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR REVENUE GROWTH MANAGER

THE SCHEDULE:

Your schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm, with the added flexibility of being on call and working weekends when necessary.

YOUR ROLE:

As a Revenue Growth Manager with our hotel, you can expect an exciting and fulfilling role that keeps you on your toes. You work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for revenue growth. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing pricing strategies to optimize profitability. You're also responsible for conducting extensive research to keep up with industry trends, monitor competitor data, and identify potential areas for growth. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) is another important part of your role. While regularly evaluating the financial performance of our hotel, you analyze revenue streams and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you are involved in developing and implementing revenue management plans to maximize revenue potential. This may include setting room rates, managing inventory, and forecasting future demand. Be prepared for a dynamic and fast-paced environment that presents new challenges and opportunities each day.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience as a sales leader, with prior hotel sales experience
  • Experience dealing with/communicating with ownership groups and asset management
  • Proficient in managing/using sales automation (DELPHI) & PMS systems
  • Previous experience working collaboratively with revenue management
  • Well-rounded knowledge of all market segments and channel sources, as well as the ability to develop a strategic plan for each
  • Excels in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
