A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANT
As a new Job Placement Consultant with our human services nonprofit, your main responsibility is to support individuals in finding and securing employment that aligns with their skills, interests, and goals. You work closely with clients, conducting assessments to determine their strengths and needs, and providing guidance and coaching to enhance their job readiness.
