DAY-TO-DAY
This part-time teaching assistant position in education works during the day.
As a School Child Care Aide - Teacher Assistant in human services, you're entrusted with the care and guidance of young children and your role is of utmost importance in shaping their growth and development. Every activity and instruction that you carry out must be thoughtfully planned and executed, taking into account the unique needs and abilities of each child under your supervision. You meet the custodial needs of children such as handing out snacks or lunch. You also help complete daily or weekly program operational chores, including dishes, laundry, cleaning, and shopping.
As a key member of our team, you play a vital role in creating an atmosphere of fun and engagement for the children in our care. Not only do you help keep our classroom supplies and materials orderly and in good working condition, but you also infuse every interaction with a sense of joy. Making every effort to create a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment that aligns with our policies and procedures, you prioritize the enjoyment and well-being of the children.
