ABOUT THIS JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
Your stellar communication skills and attention to detail will shine as you gather event details and promptly relay messages to the relevant parties. You will have the opportunity to interact with our valued clients in a professional and courteous manner from their initial inquiry to the completion of their event and final billing. As part of our passionate team, you might even get the chance to attend meetings, site visits, and tastings, and lend a hand as an Event Staff Person when needed. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients, creating initial Event Proposals that include all the necessary details and contact information. As the master of organization, you'll enter the final Event Proposal charges into Quickbooks, merge it with the proposal document, and send it to the client for approval. You'll also handle contract details and deposits, ensuring smooth transactions and proper documentation. We value our client relationships and know the importance of maintaining regular contact. You'll have the opportunity to reach out to clients for lunches, new business, and marketing endeavors, while diligently maintaining our contact database.
