YOUR DAY AS AN OPERATIONS MANAGER - ADMINISTRATOR
As the Operations Manager - Administrator for our social services team, you are responsible for ensuring federal regulations and policies are met by reviewing customer timesheets and supporting documents. You work with case managers to resolve any documentation errors and provide feedback to program leadership regarding any ongoing quality issues. Plus, you handle all customer stipends and incentives dispersed.
We want someone who's not afraid to get their hands dirty and dive into administrative and accounting tasks such as handling accounts payable invoices and researching and resolving any issues concerning outstanding accounts. You continuously review and refine procedures, and even help prepare monthly invoices for submission to the program funder. Collaboration is key, as you work closely with the Program Director and Director of Finance on regular performance accounting reports and ad hoc reports to address financial trends and performance.
When clients fail to report to mandatory appointments and services, you perform outreach via telephone, email, mail, and even home visits. You actively share information about outreach and engagement efforts with case managers. You're an advocate for our clients, communicating with them to promote the value of work and helping them engage in work activities.
