DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time physical therapist position works the day shift during business hours.
As a Physical Therapy - Rehabilitation Specialist, you're responsible for providing quality support and therapy services for children and their families. You participate in team evaluations to determine each client's developmental status for initial or ongoing treatment. Working alongside other team members and families, you develop individual education plans (IEPs) as well as implement support and services to children within their natural settings. You provide a variety of physical therapy services and take notes addressing the child's strengths, needs, and progress.
Additionally, you complete daily tasks, such as treatment notes and attendance records. You also manage recordkeeping and aid in maintaining our equipment and workspace. As assigned, you attend staff meetings, case conferences, and other meetings as well as assist with staff development and training. Staying up to date on policies and procedures, you help with program planning and development to ensure we're always compliant.
