YOUR LIFE AS A RESTAURANT SERVER
This full- or part-time food service position works the evening shift, typically between 4:45 pm and 10:00 pm. This includes holidays and weekends. We also offer on-call opportunities depending on hotel occupancy.
As a Restaurant Server, you play a leading role in providing genuine hospitality. You greet guests, suggestively sell the menu, take orders via phone, and deliver food as well as beverages. Additionally, you provide table service in the hotel's restaurant and take orders in person there. You are always sure to communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. As a customer service rockstar, you deliver an unparalleled experience that fulfills all the wishes and needs of our guests.
With great attention to detail, you ensure all items are cooked to order and presented properly. You handle cash and are responsible for your own cash bank. All in all, you enjoy providing our guests with exceptional customer service and feel good about giving them a table service or food delivery experience that exceeds their expectations!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Proficiency with Micros point-of-sale (POS) system is preferred. Prior hotel experience would be a plus but is not required. If you can meet these requirements and perform this full- or part-time job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our evening food service team!
