A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAJOR ACCOUNTS MANAGER / SOFTWARE SALES REP
As a Major Accounts Manager / Software Sales Rep, you're responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying client needs, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to successful onboarding and integration. You aggressively seek out opportunities to develop new leads and schedule initial appointments to present our services to business owners in person. Through in-person meetings, you prepare and present proposals to convert leads into new business deals.
Additionally, you close sales and transition new clients to onboarding. You then conduct follow up with new clients to ensure they're satisfied with our services and see if they have any questions or concerns. Your exceptional customer service skills help our company continuously grow, and you take great pride in knowing you serve in such an important role!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A MAJOR ACCOUNTS MANAGER / SOFTWARE SALES REP
This full-time customer service position works a flexible schedule. This position also includes 5-10% travel to trade shows and client businesses, with 1 week of onsite training per year.
