THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human services, education, or social work OR comparable work-related experience
• 1+ year of experience in a nonprofit setting, recruiting, successful job placement, or workforce development
• 1+ year of experience working with populations on public assistance, with offender backgrounds, disconnected youth, and those affected by the challenges associated with poverty
• Experience in providing training and facilitating workshops
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
