The pay for this full-time position is competitive and based on experience and qualifications. DAY-TO-DAY
As a Job Coach - Skills Trainer, you'll be at the forefront of empowering the next generation of professionals! You'll be responsible for creating resumes, helping students meet curriculum requirements, and tracking their progress throughout the program. You'll have the opportunity to network with parents, school staff, employers, and DVRS to share updates on our program and create awareness.
Creating six-week internship opportunities is another exciting part of this role! You'll be responsible for coordinating schedules and travel arrangements while providing on-site job coaching for each student. Your excellent communication skills will come in handy as you liaise with supervisors and managers, conduct weekly progress assessments, and complete all necessary documentation.
