Account Executive

Vibe, a cutting-edge leader in the smartboard industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing our channel sales strategy, managing our existing partnerships, and discovering new potential partners across various sectors. This role offers the opportunity to drive sales growth and shape partnerships in a rapidly growing company.


What You'll Do:

  • Implement the channel sales strategy set by the COO at a regional or industry-specific level, including education, government, corporate, field sales, etc
  • Manage and nurture existing partnerships, resolving issues and ensuring partners are satisfied and successful.
  • Identify and recruit new potential partners, enhancing Vibe's market reach and distribution.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Sales Enablement team to provide partners with the necessary resources and training.
  • Work closely with Channel Sales Account Executives to ensure individual account success and overall sales targets are met.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to the Channel Sales Executives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners, ensuring alignment with objectives and addressing any concerns.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a channel sales role, preferably in the tech, AV or education industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively at all levels within partners (from Sales to C-suite).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or Hubspot, Excel, and other business software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel for business as needed.
