Otaku Ramen in West Nashville, TN is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager. We pay 52K - 55K per year with a 5% bonus paid quarterly and provide great benefits including Health Care, Vision, and Dental + 5% bonus potential! We also offer our managers full health benefits ($7200 value) and a Parking pass ($1200 value). Your schedule would need to be open, as you can plan on working 40 - 50 hour weeks!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
As an Otaku Ramen Manager, your main responsibility is to maintain a high-quality dining experience for employees and guests, aligned with the company's mission of serving happiness one bowl at a time. You will oversee various tasks, including organizing storage, managing employee checklists, upholding hygiene standards, coordinating food preparation, handling scheduling and training, and conducting inventory.
Additionally, you will focus on providing exceptional hospitality, ensuring facility maintenance, and handling guest issues. Administrative duties involve email management, financial record-keeping, and assisting with bar inventory.
