MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A NONPROFIT OPERATIONS MANAGER
As the Nonprofit Operations Manager, you oversee all areas of our social services organization including timekeeping, billing, facilities, and reception. Your keen eye for detail ensures proper and accurate daily timekeeping, as well as managing the distribution, collection, and billing of stipends and incentives for our customers. You work alongside our IT team to maintain the proper function of our databases, computers, printers, and other equipment, ensuring that we're always running efficiently.
That's not all! You're also in charge of keeping our finances in order, ensuring that audits and invoices are submitted to the district accurately and on time. You oversee the ordering, distribution, and billing of work-related expenses and office supplies. Working closely with our facilities and maintenance teams, you make sure that our building is always clean and inviting, creating a welcoming environment for all.
