A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

As an Operations Administrator for our TANF Workforce Development program, you ensure operations meet federal guidelines and policies. You review customer timesheets and other documentation as well as work with case managers to resolve errors and provide feedback to program leadership on quality issues. To maintain our finances, you order, distribute, and account for all customer stipends and incentives as well as collect, review, log, code, and submit all accounts payable invoices approved for payment by the program director and director of finance. You also conduct research to resolve issues concerning outstanding accounts payable as needed.
