THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A RESTAURANT TEAM LEADER - ASSISTANT MANAGER
As a Restaurant Team Leader - Assistant Manager, you have the important role of overseeing day-to-day operations in the restaurant. Each day, you ensure that our food service processes and procedures are followed and that the restaurant runs smoothly. You enjoy working directly with our great staff to ensure that our guests always receive the best dining experience possible.
In addition, you manage our inventory, including ordering and receiving new supplies, and monitor food waste and spoilage. You take a hands-on approach to leadership and confidently lead by example, providing training and guidance to new team members and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You have a passion for food service, and it shines through in all you do!
