As a Line cook - Crew Member , you wield great power (and a spatula). You aren't slapping together sloppy fast-food burgers; you're cooking up a fine dining food truck experience! Whether you're mixing up Awesome Sauce (homemade mayo, horseradish, and parmesan), Nightmare Sauce (roasted garlic, habanero, and almond), or Fetch Sauce (a TOP SECRET RECIPE that you've pledged never to reveal), you follow recipes consistently to deliver a quality product.
You like to have fun with your crew, but when it comes to crafting our famous handmade smashed burgers, you take that business seriously. You know that behind every order is a hungry customer, and you want to blow their minds with the best burger they've ever had the privilege to eat. The work is fast, the kitchen is small, you're cooking for huge crowds, and you love every minute of it.
