A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSOR
As a Senior Administrative Processor with our nonprofit, you're responsible for providing accurate and timely information that meets our customer's needs. You research and resolve routine or complex document management scenarios, rush requests, and processes or procedures related to general issues and concerns. To continuously provide a better customer experience, you proactively identify, recommend, and champion service and process improvement suggestions. You also organize documents according to classification and category as well as archive, retrieve, and distribute filed documents as requested.
In addition, you manage document control processes according to procedures and instructions. As assigned, you conduct quality control and perform high-volume document scanning. You focus on accuracy when batching documents as well as perform re-scans on bad images, verify work on index fields, and conduct final audits before sending work to customers. Your strong data entry and customer service skills keep our clients satisfied with our services and our office running smoothly. It brings you great satisfaction to know you're good at what you do!
