YOUR LIFE AS A CMA - CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT

As a CMA - Certified Medical Assistant, you ensure that our patients feel welcomed and attended to. The first point of contact, you communicate with patients warmly whether in person or on the phone. You perform administrative duties such as verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments. When it's time, you take patients to the back office and get them prepped for the physician.

While in the back office with patients, you check their pulse, vitals, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height. Your presence is always calming and reassuring. With attention to detail, you ensure that everything is properly documented in the electronic medical records (EMR) system. You feel good about ensuring that each and every visit is a positive experience for patients!
