A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTODIAN - JANITOR

As a Custodian - Janitor, you play a crucial role in keeping our patients and guests comfortable with a clean medical facility. You take pride in your work and happily perform various janitorial services. Whether you're dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing, wiping down surfaces, or restocking rooms, you've got a spring in your step. You also help to remove and transport trash. It's satisfying to check off each task!

As you work, you find yourself getting into the groove and staying active, which feels great. In addition to your janitorial duties, you also help out with light maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, as needed. Safety is always a priority, and you're sure to use the proper PPE for each task. You enjoy being part of an amazing cleaning team that works together to make our medical facility shine!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTODIAN - JANITOR

Can you properly perform cleaning duties as assigned? Are you a team player? Is your attention to detail exceptional? If yes, you might just be perfect for this janitorial position!

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes
• The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English

Preferred

• A valid driver's license with a 3-year driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier
