DAY-TO-DAY
This cooking position is full-time and typically works 10 - 12 hour shifts. Day, night, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are available.
As an Experienced Sous Chef, you are vital to our kitchen operations. Alongside our head chef, you lead the rest of the kitchen staff. You help to prepare each dish that we serve. An expert on our menu, you answer any questions our line cooks have about our recipes. Creative and innovative, you also create new dishes to add to our menu. Additionally, you manage our inventory. You keep track of our stock, ordering items as needed. Always attentive to detail, you manage our costs and handle waste management so that we can be as profitable as possible. You love working alongside our kitchen team and take pride in the tasty food you serve!
