WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A JANITOR - CLEANING ATTENDANT

As a Janitor - Cleaning Attendant, you do a great job providing a variety of custodial services for our assisted living community. During your evening shift, you can be found sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, waxing floors, and doing general cleaning. You perform these custodial tasks throughout the center, including in bathrooms, stairways, resident rooms, food preparation areas, and offices. You've always got a spring in your step - you love keeping busy and being active!

Whether replenishing supplies, changing lightbulbs, or helping with laundry, you use your fine attention to detail to make sure everything is done right. You're a team player, always willing to jump in and help where needed. Seeing our residents enjoy the safety and cleanliness of the building fills you with pride!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A JANITOR - CLEANING ATTENDANT

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes
• The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc.
• This contract requires employees to have the following immunizations: TB. Employees must be able to provide immunization records for this and/or be willing to take the vaccination if offered the position.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
