As a Call Center Team Lead / Intake Specialist at our law firm, you lead a team of customer service agents. Leveraging your own experience, you coach your team and help them to set goals. You listen as they receive incoming calls so you can provide constructive feedback. Your team looks up to you and appreciates the support you provide!
Leading by example, you also take calls. This keeps you up-to-date and knowledgeable about the challenges our clients and employees face. You are always friendly as you provide outstanding customer service. You naturally create a connection with each person you speak with while helping them feel heard.
