DAY-TO-DAY

As an Account Manager - Customer Success Manager, you help our current clients with their accounts. You demonstrate excellent customer service skills by listening objectively, displaying empathy, and taking a solution-oriented approach to problems. You work with discretion when it comes to escalating issues.

Highly attentive to detail, you organize multiple accounts' day-to-day correspondences and check-ins. You work to identify client opportunities and manage the book of business. At the end of each day, you feel great knowing that you play a role in helping our company maintain happy relationships with our clients. The ability to work from home some days is just the icing on the cake!
