DAY-TO-DAY

This full- or part-time kitchen position with our hospitality team works a flexible schedule, depending on business needs, that include days, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.

As a Head Catering Chef, you play an essential role in delivering high-quality culinary options to our guests in a timely manner. You lead a team of cooks in an off-premise environment at different venues around the city and surrounding suburbs. You are the main culinary professional in charge at each event and work hand-in-hand with the Event Director to ensure flawless execution of every event. You ensure your team of cooks is following along with our recipes so that each meal is cooked with consistency and to perfection. You use all equipment correctly and strictly follow guidelines to keep your team members and yourself safe. Once you finish cooking, you ensure your team is cleaning properly to keep per venue guidelines. You are a passionate leader that never stops learning and growing!
