This hospitality management position earns a competitive salary of $55,000/year. We provide our full-time employees with excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 15 days of paid time off (PTO) during the first year of employment, and paid federal holidays. As a Restaurant Manager with our hospitality management team, you are responsible for maintaining our high-quality food service by keeping our fine dining establishment going strong. Depending on the shift you work, you manage our cafe breakfast and lunch operations or our dinner functions. You make sure that shifts are fully staffed and that all employees understand their assigned tasks. By checking in with customers, you keep our food service satisfaction rates high, which encourages customers to keep coming back.
In addition, you check over our financial records to ensure that we're staying within budget. Whenever an issue arises, you are quick to solve it in an efficient manner.
