WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time operations position typically works alternating work weeks of 36 and 48 hours. Shift options include day or night shifts: Friday - Sunday with every other Thursday from 6:00 pm - 6:30 am, Friday – Sunday with every other Thursday from 6:00 am - 6:30 pm, or Monday - Wednesday with every other Thursday from 6:00 pm - 6:30 am.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION OPERATOR
As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you ensure product quality while working with an efficient team in our warehouse. You manufacture and produce our various outdoor sports and shooting sports products. Whether working during the day or the night shift, you perform tasks that include assembling, operating machinery, performing quality inspections, and packaging the final product. Because you are cross-trained, you are able to rotate through various workstations and perform a variety of tasks.
Safety is extremely important to you. Because of this, you follow safety standards carefully. You work to maintain a clean and organized work area as well. To contribute to the success of our operations, you evaluate and solve production problems as well as help to improve our processes. You take pride in your efforts to elevate the quality of our products and keep our operations functioning safely and efficiently!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION OPERATOR
One year or more of experience in manufacturing, assembly lines, or related work is preferred. We will train recent high school graduates and others for this entry-level job! Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Do you have a strong work ethic? Are you a team player?
