This culinary position with our hospitality team earns a competitive wage of $18 - $24/hour, based on experience. We provide our employees with 5 days of paid time off (PTO) during the first year of employment. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CATERING PREP COOK
As a Catering Prep Cook, you play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of our food production. You help prep the ingredients that will be turned into high-quality meals that our guests will enjoy. Some of your responsibilities include chopping vegetables, slicing meats and cheeses, and preparing sauces as needed. Once this part is finished, you ensure that all products are correctly labeled and stored to maintain freshness. You make sure that your workstation is kept clean according to safety and sanitation guidelines. The job can sometimes be fast-paced, but you enjoy the challenge.
