YOUR LIFE AS A WAITER / WAITRESS
This full- or part-time serving position with our food service hospitality team works a flexible schedule of at least 25 - 30 hours a week.
As a Waiter / Waitress, you are responsible for being the face of our establishment and providing high-quality customer service to those who dine with us. You ensure that our tables are kept clean and tidy at all times. When guests arrive, you present them with menus as well as help them select food items and beverages as requested. With a friendly and positive attitude, you take down orders and answer any questions customers may have about our restaurant or menu.
In addition, you collaborate with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure our food service continues to run smoothly. When guests are finished with their meal, you issue bills and accept payment. You're quick on your feet, and your exceptional customer service skills keep our guests coming back for more. It brings you great satisfaction to know that you serve in such an important role with our food service hospitality team!
