Fast-Paced, Fun, High Energy staff looking for Bartender to ensure total guest satisfaction in the service of food and beverage.

Bartender must be willing to:
• Develop a complete knowledge of menus, cocktails, use records, beverage recipes, china glassware, silverware and utilize knowledge in serving our guests.
• Must respond to guests' requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Follow our "clean as you go" hotel policy.
• Handle and report guest complaints in the prescribed manner.
• Know your schedule and report to work on time.
• Bartender must actively practice teamwork and take direction from F&B Supervisor while on shift
• Responsible for setting up, breaking down and maintaining the hotel bar

Bartender Job Qualifications:

• Must have Oregon Food Handler's permit and OLCC Service Permit.  
• Good physical health.
• Excellent mixologist,and outstanding knowledge of local beers and wines
• Ability to work with others. Punctual and good record of attendance.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene. Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Ability to work well in a fast pace environment. Able to relate to supervisor.
• Honesty and integrity above reproach.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Superb cash handling skills
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
